	Hotels with an Equality Preferred rating are committed to the promise of equality. Workers at these hotels receive a voice at work regarding such things as negotiations for fair wages, benefits such as health insurance, work breaks, reasonable room schedules, freedom from intimidation, and respect at work.		Hotels with a neutral rating have not been determined by Equality Hotels to either provide or deny workers equality at work. Equality Hotels has no opinion regarding these hotels.		Hotels with an unequal rating are in an active dispute regarding workers rights. These hotels have been determined to actively reject equality for hotel workers. These hotels may be on strike or involved in an ongoing boycott. We urge you to select another hotel.
